We provide the site team with the plan and the tool kit that will enable them to continue delivering further improvements once AtelBIS has left the site.
This includes:
- licensing and training an employee in the application and coaching of the tools and improvement approach.
- a robust audit system to ensure the tool kit, management systems and leadership behaviors are continuing to develop.
